To promote the university relations, Jamhuriya University of Science & Technology (JUST) always works to foster corporative relations with similar universities, associations and other academic institutions around the globe.

The Association of Arab Universities (Arabic: إتحاد الجامعات العربية) is an organization working within the framework of the Arab League. It is based in Amman, Jordan. The objective of the organization is to support and connect universities in the Arab world, and to enhance cooperation among them.
EARIMA is a professional body for research and innovation management. It was started in 2011 at the University of Dar es Salaam as an offshoot of the RIMI4AC. The RIMI4AC project was funded by EU and the Secretariat of the African, Caribbean and Pacific States.

ASU is a non-profit organization with a vision of promoting collaboration among Somali universities in the areas of research, quality, standards, innovation and development. The members of the association are the major higher education institutions in the country and it is established to bring them together.
SomaliREN is a member of a sub-‐regional backbone (UbuntuNet Alliance) network in eastern and southern Africa connecting NRENs to each other and to similar networks on other continents via GÉANT, the European research and education backbone network.
Almanar was founded by Al-furqan which is one of the biggest Islamic Charity Organisation in year 2001. It was founded to spread the Islamic calling (Da’awah) in accordance of Islamic values and discipline. The status quo of the foundation still remains with the Al-furqan foundation
In 1999, SIMAD was established as an institute of higher learning to foster academic excellence. After 11 years of consistent success and achievements, the Board of Trustees upgraded the institute into a full-fledged university on 2011. They offers a diverse range of undergraduate courses of international standards in various disciplines.
Jazeera University was established in academic year 2010-2011 with four faculties with good starting the enrolment was quite high. The faculties are: Medicine and surgery health science (Nursing, Medicine laboratory techniques (MLT), computer science) and education. At moment, it has three levels and it is six years university.
The Islamic University was founded in Mogadishu on the 5th Rajab 1422 Hegira, corresponding to 22nd /9/2001 AD by the hands of the constellation dignified Somali intellectuals. Over the past 16 years, the university has provided the outstanding higher education service graduated 12 batches from the various fields
Darul Hikmah University (DHU) is a non-political and non-profit educational organization. The credit for the idea of establishing this university goes to Al-Ihsan Foundation for education and community development (AFECOD), which is the founder organization of the university. It was founded in the year 2012.
The Kismayo University was founded to enhance the skills and the knowledge of the region’s population. The economy is agriculture-based and the secondary backbone of the Kismayo economy depends on its fisheries. Kismayo University was established in August 2005 and it’s located in Kismayo city.
Al-Beri General Hospital
Al-Beri hospital is located in Mogadishu and is one the hospitals that we collaborate. Our students took practice lesson in the hospital and the hospital provides quality medicine and medication to their patients. We also provide tools, highly practical training, consultations, international certificates and materials to the hospital staff and doctors.

Red Sea University
Red Sea University (RSU) is a private and non-profit university, with the main campus in Bosaso city and a branch campus in Galkaio city, both in Puntland state of Somalia.
Red Sea University – RSU was officially registered by the Ministry of Education and Higher Studies in 5th January 2017.
The idea to establish a non-governmental educational institution started in June 1997, after which time it took five years to develop and open the university. It opened in September 1997 as a non-governmental, non-profit institution for higher learning, governed by a Board of Trustees and a University Council. Mogadishu University has relocated its activities to its Main campus on the outskirts of Mogadishu.
